Keto Donuts |Keto Cake Donuts
These Keto donuts have got to be the best there is or at least that I have ever tasted. It's soft, succulent and delicious with the perfect crumb. Just as a baked cake donut should be.

Total Time 15 minutes
- 1 cup Blanched Almond flour
- 5 Tbsp Powdered Erythritol
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup salted butter.
- 1/4 cup Almond milk
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum.
Preheat Oven to 350*F and grease donut pans
Mix dry ingredients together ( the powdered sweetener, almond flour, baking powder and xanthan gum)
With a hand mixer combine the dry ingredients with butter.
Add in the eggs and mix till combined then mix in the milk and vanilla extract.
Mix till you get a smooth batter. You can use an immersion blender at this stage to ensure the batter is smooth.
Transfer batter into a disposable pastry bag, snip the tip. Then pipe batter into the doughnut pan filling it up 3/4 full.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 mins.
