Keto Microwave Jam
Keto Microwave jam is easy to make,delicious and hassle free. A delicious homemade jam without all the sugars. Guess what? PBJ sandwiches just got an upgrade.

- 16 oz Fresh or frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 cup xylitol/ Erythritol/ Monkfruit
- 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
Wash strawberries and cut them up. Then transfer to a big microwave safe bowl. Cover with splatter guard.
Pour sweetener and lemon juice into the bowl of strawberries
Mix with a spoon
Put in the microwave and microwave on high for 10 mins.
Mash it up or use a stick blender for a smoother consistency.
Let cool then transfer into a sterilized mason jar.
Keep in the refrigerator for up to 10 days
