This easy Keto chaffle recipe will definitely blow your mind as it did mine. It's a good breakfast recipe option for anyone even if you are not on a keto diet.

Cook Time 3 minutes
Servings 2 chaffles
- 1 Large egg
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese.
Preheat your waffle maker, Crack egg into a bowl.
Add shredded cheese to the egg then whisk together.
Pour half the mixture into the waffle iron.( about 1/4 cup )
Let cook for up to 3 mins
Open waffle maker, take out Chaffle and enjoy
