Keto Gummy Bears (Low carb, Sugar free)
These Keto Gummy bears are easy to make, sugar free and delicious. Kids and adults love them. They will easily fit into into your macros.

Ingredients
1/2
cup
water
3
envelopes of unflavored gelatin
I used Knox
1/4
tsp
Fruit extract of choice

Tbsp
powdered Lakanto Classic or Xylitol
Instructions
Pour 1/2 cup of water in a sauce pan then add the powdered sweetener to the water stir.
Sprinkle gelatin on the water stir to mix. Warm up on the stove top to dissolve the gelatin completely. It's ok if it foams.
Turn off heat, add fruit extract, stir and divide equally into 4 bowls
Put a drop or two of your choice of food colors stir to combine
Use fresh dropper to fill the molds, one color at a time. Rinse drivers clean between colors.
Refrigerate for 30 mins, remove from molds and enjoy.
Notes
Store in a mason jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.
