Instructions
Remove bacon from package.
Lay bacon strips in a single layer in the basket. A slight overlap is ok.
Regular cut bacon (streaky bacon)
Set temperature to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 8-10 minutes, checking and flipping the bacon halfway through. Cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer and thickness of the bacon. Bacon should be slightly crispy but not burnt.
Remove from air fryer and transfer to a paper towel lined plate to remove excess grease.
Thick cut bacon
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 12 mins.
Notes
You do not need to preheat the air fryer It’s ok if the bacon overlaps because bacon shrinks as it cooks.
While you may not need to flip the bacon, I recommend you do because it helps it cook more evenly.
Add more time as needed to get to the desired crispness you want.
Alternatively leave the cooked bacon in the air fryer. The residual heat will help crisp it some more as it cools.
