Allow leftovers cool completely then store in the refrigerator in an air tight container or ziplock for up to 5 days. Reheat in the microwave or air fryer.
To reheat in the air fryer, set temperature to 350°F and air fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
Recipe notes and tips
- You do not need to preheat the air fryer
- It’s ok if the bacon overlaps because bacon shrinks as it cooks.
- While you may not need to flip the bacon, I recommend you do because it helps it cook more evenly.
- Add more time if you need to get to the desired crispness you want. Alternatively leave the cooked bacon in the air fryers. The residual heat will help crisp it some more as it cools.
