Ingredients
1/2cuplemon juice (about 3 lemons)
1/3Cuppowdered erythritol(see note 3 for alternative sweeteners)
3cupscup cold water
Ice for serving
Instructions
Without simple syrup
Pour lemon juice, water and sweetener into a jug.
Stir to mix. Serve over ice.
Simple syrup method
Divide the water, set 2/3 cup aside, then pour 1/3 cup into a stainless steel pot.
Add the sweetener to the pot and bring to boil. Cook until sugar is completely dissolved and syrup is clear. Use in juices:

Makes about 3 cups
If using the quick method, (the no syrup method) You can mix juice with a shaker, or in a blender or use a stick blender.
If using swerve or the monkfruit blends, use 1/4 cup instead of 1/3 cup mentioned above.
