Dipping Mixture
2LargeEggs
1/4cupheavy cream
2teaspoonspowdered sweetener
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1/4teaspoonvanilla extract
For the Toast
6slicesof low carb bread( see post for keto bread options)
4Tablespoonbutter
1/2cupsugar free maple syrup
Instructions
Whisk eggs, milk, sweetener, ground cinnamon and vanilla extract in a shallow bowl
In a skillet or griddle, melt butter over medium heat, dip bread in egg mixture and fry each side till golden brown (each side can take up to 90 seconds)
Serve with sugar free maple syrup
