6ozOrganic tomato paste
2Tablespoonsolive oil
3/4teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoonDry Oregano
1/2teaspoonDry Basil
1/2teaspoonDry Parsley
1/8teaspoonfinely ground dry Rosemary (optional)
1/4teaspooncrushed pepper flakes(optional)
1/2 - 3/4cupwater
Instructions
Make the sauce
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl till well combined.
Using the pizza sauce.
Spread 1/4 cup of pizza sauce on one batch of pre-baked fathead pizza crust.
Add your favorite toppings and bake
Notes
Add a teaspoon of powdered alullose or erythritol to this recipe if you want a sweetened sauce.
This recipe makes approximately 1 cup and can be used 4 times or for 4 pizzas depending on how saucy you like your pizza.
Substitute the herbs in this recipe for 1/2 Tablespoons Italian seasoning. Adjust consistency of the pizza sauce to your liking by adding more or less water. I always grind half of my dry rosemary so I always have that on hand.
