What is Boot camp?
Boot camp is a monthly group Class designed to kick off your weightless journey, keep you on track, and maintain your weight. Bootcamp is sort of like a crash course.
Registration for the next month opens 2 weeks into the previous month.
This Plan includes
- 4 week menu plan with recipes
- Shopping list
- Low impact exercise suggestions
- Weekly weigh-ins on Monday mornings
- Whatsapp support group for daily accountability.
- Access to coach for questions
You are guaranteed to loose a minimum of 8 lbs within the month if you follow the plan.
