    Low Carb? Why Low carb?

    I hear this question a lot from friends, family and clients. My answer is always the same. Because it works.

    Now why do I say it works? Because It has worked for me, it has worked for my Family, it has worked for my friends and it has worked for my clients. And it has worked for many, many people around the world so YES it works.

    Besides the fact that I know Low Carb works based on my personal experience, studies have shown this to be true.

    What is a Low Carb?

    What is Keto?

    Keto or ketogenic diet refers to a very low carbohydrate diet used medically to treat some ailments like epilepsy, reversal of Type II Diabetes and Insulin Resistance You can read more on this subject in my what What is the Ketogenic diet post.
