What are these sugar free keto sprinkles made of?
These sugar free keto sprinkles are made with unsweetened coconut flakes. I remember the first time I colored coconut flakes. It was a long time ago when my now teenage son turned one. I colored some coconut flakes green to make some green grass for his soccer themed birthday cake.
Looking back I wonder why it took me so long to make these keto sprinkles because it's so easy and like I said all you need are coconut flakes and your choice of food colors to color them up. Easy peasy and sugar free. Now I can have some keto birthday cake anything with specks of beautiful colors in them yayy!!! If you follow my other blog you would know I am obsessed with colors ?.
How to make these sugar free keto sprinkles.
Like I said easy peasy. Put some unsweetened coconut flakes in different bowls depending on the no of colors you would be making. If making rainbow sprinkles you would need 7 bowls 6 for the color of the rainbow and the 7th for plain white. I love to have the plain white coconut flakes in the mix because streaks of white make the sprinkles prettier just like the regular sprinkles.
