Cooking kielbasa sausage in the air fryer guarantees super easy clean up with less mess on the stove top and it’s ready is less than 10 mins.

Can you cook kielbasa in the air fryer?
Yes you can and may I say you’d be pleasantly surprised at how easy and tasty it is. The air fryer is gradually becoming my favorite kitchen appliance because it mimics the texture of deep fried foods with little oil and sausages get crispy edges with the juicy center still intact, so good.
We’ve tried air fryer hard boiled eggs, hot dogs, air fryer sausage and peppers, breakfast sausages, and chicken and they all turned out amazing. I can’t wait to share all these with you.

Kielbasa sausage
How long to cook kielbasa in the air fryer
It takes about 8 minutes to cook kielbasa slices in the air fryer at 380°F without preheating. Whole kielbasa sausages will take up 10 mins.

How to make it
Cut kielbasa sausage into bite size sliced about 1 to 1½ inches. Place it in the air fryer basket or tray.
Air fry at 380°F (190°C) for 8 mins. Shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Serving suggestions
Kielbasa sausage can be served with a variety of dipping sauces like ketchup, Dijonnaise, bbq sauce etc. Be sure to choose a sugar free option to keep carbs low.
These cam be served with salads.

How to store
Air fried polish sausages can keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Let them cook completely before storing in an air tight container.
You can reheat in the microwave or air fryer.

Yes you can put frozen kielbasa in the air fryer and cook it with no need to thaw. Just follow the instructions in this post. You may only need an add couple of minutes to get it cooked through. If it’s whole and you want it sliced, give it 3 mint in the air fryer to defrost, cut it into slices then continue cooking till it’s cooked through and crispy.
No you do not need oil to cook sausages in the air fryer. The sausages already have fat in them and will render it as it cooks.
