Quick Recipe notes and tips
- Mix dry ingredients properly before adding water. this will prevent lumps in your whipped coffee
- If you can't get french vanilla instant coffee, swap 1 Tbspn of water used in this recipe for pure vanilla extract
- I prefer to use decaffeinated coffee
- Use milk of choice including plant milk
- The powdered sweeteners work better in this recipe.

French Vanilla Dalgona Coffee
Equipment
- Hand mixer, Stand mixer or Immersion blender
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon French Vanilla Instant Coffee (see notes for alternative)
- 2 tablespoon Lakanto sweetener
- 2 tablespoon water (hot or cold)
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients together in a dry cup
- Add water, mix till well combined.
- Whip with a hand mixer till stiff peaks form
- Serve over milk of choice

Just made this and did a half batch because who drinks four cups of almond milk in one sitting?
So I did a TBS each for the whipped topping and put it over two cups almond milk.
Personally, it was way too weak for my taste. It makes me wonder if the recipe has the correct amount of milk listed.

The two cups of almond milk you used was too much that’s about 16 oz of milk
Usually the recipe is for two people over 8-10 oz glass of milk. I found that combination too strong for me as I am not much of a coffee drinker. I usually divide into 3 portion and use.
If you want a stronger coffee taste, divide recipe into 2 and pour over 8 oz glass of milk of choice.
You can actually store whipped coffee in the refrigerator covered with cling film for up to two days. That way one batch can last you 2 days.
