    1. Hi Anna,
Nice of you to stop by the blog. I do hope you try the bread recipe soon. I know you will love it. I have a pancake recipe which I will be sharing soon. It’s not eggy and it’s definitely succulent. I think you will love it too.

      1. Hi Anna. How many doughnuts does it make. It says 11 servings in recipe but the nutritional count says 4 servings. Thank you

  2. Made these this evening and they were amazingly good, I immediately thought of other flavors to experiment with e.g. orange zest and using the donuts to make strawberry shortcakes. Thanks for sharing your recipes.

    1. Hi Carol,

Orange zest and strawberry shortcakes sound so delicious. I should try those variations as well yum 😋. Glad you liked this donut recipe. Thanks for feedback 😊

    1. Hi Abby,

These are not meant to be fried 🙁 they won’t hold up well. Good news though 😉 I am working on a doughnut recipe with jam in it. Thanks for stopping by. Merry Christmas 😌

  4. Can I make this recipe in a muffin pan instead of a donut pan?! I don’t have a donut pan but CRAVING these right now!

    1. Hi Ashley,
I haven’t made these in muffin tins but I see no reason why it shouldn’t work. The difference would be no holes and probably some extra minutes in the oven. Go ahead and sort your craving it would work 😀

Amazing donuts! Kids loved them, husband loved them, and I loved them! So easy to make too! I made a glaze for them. I did use guar gum instead of Xanthan….it’s all I had…

    1. Awesome Kimberly! Glad you and your family loved it. Thank you for the feedback. Guar Gum is a good substitute for Xanthan gum. Kudos!
And yes a glaze would hit the right spot. Yum!
Hope you get to try more of my low carb recipes. Enjoy! Stay Safe!

  6. Hello, I would really like to try this recipe, but I don’t have almond milk. Could I use coconut milk instead?

  7. This is the best almond flour dough that I’ve used to date. So smooth. How do you think it would work to make it savory? I don’t know if reducing the Powdered Erythritol would change things too much?

  8. Sounds like a good recipe, and I’ll be making it after the Days of Unleavened Bread.
But there is one correction I must make, and that is with the huge misuse of the word “succulent.” It means ‘juicy; full of juice,” as in juicy meat. It doesn’t apply to baked pastries at all!
