    How to make Keto Donuts.

You will need the following Low carb Pantry Staples.

    • Super fine blanched almond flour and I highly recommend the Wellbees and Anthony's brand. Alternatively you can make your own superfine blanched almond flour at home. I made this recipe using my homemade blanched almond flour.
    • Powdered sweetener of choice I used my homemade powdered sweetener.
    • Xanthan gum helps to bind the almond flour together in this recipe. The job of gluten which is absent in almond flour.
    • Vanilla Extract
    • Baking Powder
    • Salted butter
    • Eggs

Mix all ingredients till smooth. Transfer batter into a piping bag, Pipe batter into greased doughnut pan. and bake.

Hi Anna. How many doughnuts does it make. It says 11 servings in recipe but the nutritional count says 4 servings. Thank you

            Hi Nancy,

This recipe makes 6 donuts. With a serving size of 1 donut. That must have been a typo. It’s been updated. Thank you 😊

Made these this evening and they were amazingly good, I immediately thought of other flavors to experiment with e.g. orange zest and using the donuts to make strawberry shortcakes. Thanks for sharing your recipes.

        Hi Abby,

These are not meant to be fried 🙁 they won’t hold up well. Good news though 😉 I am working on a doughnut recipe with jam in it. Thanks for stopping by. Merry Christmas 😌

        Hi Ashley,
I haven’t made these in muffin tins but I see no reason why it shouldn’t work. The difference would be no holes and probably some extra minutes in the oven. Go ahead and sort your craving it would work 😀

Amazing donuts! Kids loved them, husband loved them, and I loved them! So easy to make too! I made a glaze for them. I did use guar gum instead of Xanthan....it’s all I had...

Awesome Kimberly! Glad you and your family loved it. Thank you for the feedback. Guar Gum is a good substitute for Xanthan gum. Kudos!
And yes a glaze would hit the right spot. Yum!
