I don't know if there is a store bought version of this sugar free Keto Cinnamon Sugar But I do know there is the regular cinnamon sugar in store.

How to make Keto Cinnamon Sugar.

Keto Cinnamon Sugar is made by mixing your sweetener of choice with cinnamon. Easy peasy. Then you store in an air tight container for later use.

Recipes that utilize Keto Cinnamon Sugar

    • Cinnamon Sugar Doughnuts ( fat head dough recipe )
    • Keto cake doughnut
    • Keto Cinnamon Toast cereal
    • Sugar free candied almonds
    • Keto Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Nuggets

What type of sweetener can I use?

I prefer to make my keto Cinnamon 'sugar' with granular sweeteners not the powdered form since I use keto cinnamon sugar for garnishing and toppings most of the time. Because Xylitol has bold granules, you can give it a single pulse in your coffee blender to break it down a bit. More than two pulses will result in powdered keto sweetener.

Feel free to use the powdered form if that's your preference.

Any sweetener you prefer will work with this recipe. Erythritol, allulose, Xylitol*, Monkfruit Classic or Monkfruit Golden.

*If using Xylitol, Remember that though xylitol is safe in humans, it's highly toxic in dogs. Keep away from them. Or use another sweetener.

This is a game changer for me! I miss cinnamon and sugar in the worst way and this fills that void! I use this on keto bagels with cream cheese every morning!
