1 Can ( 6 oz ) Tomato paste
1 small onion ( chopped )
1 lb ground beef or a mix of ground beef and ground pork.
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp pepper flakes
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 teaspoon bouillon powder
1 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped.
1. Sauté onions in coconut oil till softened.
2. Add the ground beef and cook till no longer pink.
3. Add the seasoning and stir to combine.
4. Add 1 cup of water to the meat sauce. Cook on medium till sauce thickens. (about 5 mins)
5. Taste for seasoning and adjust accordingly.
6. Serve warm over cauliflower rice.
